Can I have a wall/window in a different place?
No.
Our nation-wide approval is designed to speed up construction, consent and delivery times.
This means, however that they must be built according to plan.
These plans can however be mirrored.
Can the walls be painted/wallpapered?
Yes!
All the walls can be painted and/or wallpapered
Can I choose my own carpet?
Absolutely,
We will deduct the cost of our carpet, on the condition that you purchase and install the carpet you wish to substitute.
Can I change the deck/steps?
It's another 'yes' for this one - feel free to change the deck/steps.
Once again, we will deduct the cost of the originals, and once again it is up to you to install the substitute.
Can I have my house in a different colour?
No.
While you can paint it yourself, they come in one colour only.
Again, this is in the interest of efficiency, so we can get you the best quality at the best price.
Can my house be built near the sea?
Yes,
Conditions may apply for additional anti-corrosion coatings
Can my house be built in a high-snow area?
Yes,
Up to and including 2kpa snow-loading.

Anybody can build a QuickBuild Home, licensed or not*
