This is the most affordable house we do. Suitable for a single person or a couple. Great for your Granny or a teenager. This home is really too efficient and small for even a small heat- pump, So the best way to heat it is with a small electric fan heater, which will warm it up in minutes. As with all our homes it comes complete with deck, steps, pile flashings, carpets and LED lightbulbs. Easily buildable in a couple of weeks. Add in extra windows & french doors as you require. A mono pitch roof provides great, modern effect, and is very easy to build.
